Gianna Longo is a New York trained chef based out of Charleston, South Carolina. Focusing on freshness & seasonality with a specialization in plant-based dishes.

Background & Philosophy

I grew up in an Italian and Portuguese household - therefore, food has always been my form of communication. Most of my fondest memories include full tables, stovetops, & stomachs. Those early experiences led me to pursue a certification in Health Supportive Culinary Arts from the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Following graduation I’ve worked in Restaurants & Bakeries throughout New York, Miami & New Jersey. Having been lucky enough to learn so much from so many, I decided to learn from even more by taking myself on a “food tour” through 10 countries in 2 months. My mission in my work is to bring to you the same feelings I had while sitting at some of my favorite tables throughout my travels & of course, my Grandma’s house. Feelings of warmth, welcome & love. I believe we can feel this way everyday when we fill our plate with the good stuff. It would be an honor to fill your plate.
